The operator charges every mobility provider a fee, no matter what their business model, for the use of the charging infrastructure. As long as there exists a physical connection between the vehicle and the charging point then payment is required. So it is greatly in the interests of the car sharer to only leave their vehicle at the charging point during the actual time of charging.
The access charges are the same for all mobility service providers. It is the service provider itself which determines the end price for their customers. The senate administration for city development and the environment has already given a clear framework for this. There can thererfore be differences.
